Scholarships for Participants
IEICII promotes excellence, academic merit and research through a scholarship program linked to the II International Meeting of University Students — Undergraduate and Graduate 2026.
Deadline for submissions to be evaluated for a scholarship: November 23, 2026.

The scholarship application is linked to an event registration that includes an academic submission. Applicants first register for the event and then apply from My events.
Evaluation criteria
- Originality and innovation: 25%.
- Methodological rigor: 20%.
- Relevance and impact: 20%.
- Interdisciplinarity: 15%.
- Quality of writing and presentation: 10%.
- Social responsibility: 10%.

Process
- Register for the event in a participation category that requires an academic submission.
- Complete the registration and submission information.
- Open My events → Scholarships and coverage.
- Submit the scholarship application and upload the supporting dossier (it may be consolidated into a single PDF) required by the Regulations.
- The Scientific Committee evaluates the work under the Regulations. The final score is the applicable evaluation average, recorded on a 0–100 scale.
- The system automatically determines the applicable fee waiver according to the score.
- When approved, the registration balance is recalculated while preserving the original fee for audit purposes.
